Massanutten offers an exciting youth instructional program, ranging from beginner to advanced levels in both skiing and snowboarding.
Our skiing groups cover ages 4 to 12 and our snowboarding groups are ages 7 to 12. Proof of age is required for all 4 year-old skiers and 7 year-old snowboarders.
Reservations are required and should be made early as this program fills up weeks in advance or your arrival. Registration for Slope Sliders can be made as early as November each year. Click the button below to register.
Note: Due to the shifted hours of mountain operation in March, Slope Sliders will run from 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday starting on March 8th. Enrollment those days will be from 10-10:30 a.m. Normal hours will resume on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
The Slope Sliders daily fee includes an 8-Hour slope-use ticket, rental equipment, lunch and supervised instruction from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily.

Reservations are required and may be made online now (below), by phone (800-207-MASS Option 2) from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily, or in person at the Learning Center Desk. A valid credit card is required to hold a reservation and cancellations must be made by 4 p.m. the day prior to class to receive full credit. Absolutely no refunds are given.
Morning Enrollment: 8:30-9 a.m. on the morning of the lesson.
Evening Enrollment (Fri., Sat., and Holiday* nights only): 5-6 p.m.

Enrollment: Class assignments, lunch choice and equipment pickup & fitting. Located in Slope Sliders room on bottom floor of Ski Lodge.
